MIT Flea Haul
Cold, rainy and miserable in Cambridge today...but did that keep me away from the MIT Flea Market?
It was the last one of the year...so HELL yeah. Behold, my total haul for the day. Yes, I TOTALLY need these things. (Shut up.)

I wonder if there's a Simon iPhone app... Oop, yeah, at least a half-dozen. Of course, tapping a complex sequence on a 3-inch screen versus an interface where the buttons alone are the size of the whole iPhone...Newer is not always better.

Woah, a WorkSlate! I have one in the basement, and still gaze fondly upon it (for some value of "fondly").The WorkSlate was a phone book/dialer, answering machine, spreadsheet, and word processor. A mini-cassette was used for data storage. It was also notable for being an adequate and portable terminal for using a BBS.
